San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey will not play the rest of the 2024 season.
Kyle Shanahan said that Christian McCaffrey did injure his PCL and it is a 6-week recovery. His season now looks like it’s over.

The star dual-threat running back suffered what appeared to be a knee injury on Sunday Night Football when the 49ers took on the Buffalo Bills. After falling to the turf on a run, McCaffrey left the field and headed straight to the locker room.
The initial reports were that he suffered a significant PCL sprain to his knee, which has now been confirmed. McCaffrey will not suit up for the rest of the 2024 season.
