Super Bowl LIX: Who Scored First Touchdown?
The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs face off in Super Bowl LIX, taking place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA.
As the Kansas City Chiefs aim to make history and become the first-ever three-peat Super Bowl champions, it was the Philadelphia Eagles who scored first in this tantalizing matchup.

After a deep, 28-yard pass from Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts to wideout Jahan Dotson, it was initially called a touchdown, but upon further review, Dotson’s knee hit the ground before crossing the goal line.
It was a classic Eagles “tush push,” otherwise known as a quarterback sneak, from Jalen Hurts that put the first points of the Super Bowl on the board.
