Jersey Shore star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is pregnant with her first child.
“We’ve been keeping a little secret,” Giancola, 37, captioned an Instagram post on Sunday, February 23.
“After struggling through years of infertility, this is the absolute greatest blessing we could ever possibly ask for! We are so thrilled to finally be able to share the news of our little miracle with you all! Our hearts have never been so full of love, we can’t wait to meet you baby,” Giancola — who is due in August — added.

Along with the announcement, the reality star included some photos in which she and her fiancé, Justin May, posed with the baby’s ultrasound photos.
The couple received quite a few messages of love and support from friends and fans.
“Omggggg,” wrote Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania. “Congratulations!!! So happy for you both!!!!!” Catania’s co-star, Danielle Cabral, added. “My heart is so happy for you both!!! Congratulations,” read a message from Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s wife, Lauren Sorrentino.
Giancola announced her engagement to May on April 1, 2024.
“Life update: Fiancé 3.16.24,” she captioned an Instagram post at the time. “The easiest question I’ve ever answered.. happiest & luckiest girl in the world. I’ll love you forever and then some. #Futurewifey #Engaged. Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you,” she continued, adding that it was “not an April fools joke.”
The two went social media official on Thanksgiving in 2021, when she shared a picture of her and May on X (formerly Twitter). Giancola had ended her two-year engagement with ex Christian Biscardi a few months prior.
Giancola famously dated her Jersey Shore co-star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro for several years. The two went their separate ways for good in 2016.
