Madonna is not afraid to make a bold statement — this time she did it with a jaw-dropping accessory that has fans doing a double-take.
On Thursday, March 27, the 66-year-old pop legend jumped on the latest TikTok trend, lip-syncing to rapper That Mexican OT’s song, “Hardest Ese Ever.” But it wasn’t just her performance that caught everyone’s eye. As she pointed to her mouth, Madonna showcased her dazzling grills, sparking a flood of reactions from her followers.

One user jokingly wrote, “That definitely costs more than my car,” while another fan wrote, “A QUEEN STILL RULING ❤️.”
“I never thought I’d see Madonna do a trend with a Mexican OT song 😂😭 the future really is now,” another quipped.
A fourth stated, “She can do whatever she wants.”
Madonna first revealed her lapis-and-diamond grills during her 2022 appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She explained that the diamond-encrusted mouthpiece was a special 64th birthday gift to herself. “People have a problem with my grills, I don’t know why. I just like the way it looks — it’s mouth jewelry — and I have really ugly teeth,” she said, defending her lavish accessory.
The “Like a Virgin” hitmaker is currently dating 28-year-old Akeem Morris, and the two have been linked since 2022 after meeting at a photo shoot. While Madonna has not publicly confirmed the romance herself, the two have been spotted and photographed together on multiple occasions.
The duo even sparked engagement rumors last year when the pop icon shared a photo on New Year’s Eve wearing a ring on that finger. The post has since been deleted. A post that still exists, however, is one where Madonna included Akeem in a video montage with some of her children for the holidays in 2024. “The most wonderful day of the year ………..X-mas and Hanukkah all at once.🎄🕎 🎁 ♥️!!” she captioned the post, which had multiple photos of her and the former soccer player getting cozy.
