Heat Injury Report: Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro Status Revealed vs. 76ers
The Miami Heat will host the lowly Philadelphia 76ers on Midnbay for their 79th game of the season. This is the final week of the regular season before the playoffs begin.
The final slate of games will be on Sunday. On Monday, the Heat will look to finish the season on a strong note and earn their 36th win. This season has not been ideal for either the Heat or the 76ers.
The Heat have endured some drama from the Jimmy Butler fiasco. As for the 76ers, they have endured a ton of injuries all season long, including their top three players, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul George.
The 76ers’ season is over and has been for quite a while. As for the Heat, they have a chance to host a play-in tournament game sometime next week.
However, as for this contest, the Heat will look to build momentum, but they could be shorthanded as their two best players landed on the injury list: guard Tyler Herro and forward Bam Adebayo.

Adebayo and Herro entered his contest listed as questionable; however, one has been upgraded to available and the other is ruled out.

Adebayo will miss his third game of the season, and Herro will play and start his 75th game.
Adebayo has been healthy for most of the season. In his eight seasons out of Kentucky, the 27-year-old is averaging 18.0 points per game, 9.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.3 steals while shooting 48.4 percent from the field and 34.4 percent from three in 34.4 minutes of action.
Herro missed the last contest with a thigh injury.
Herro has been awesome this season. The 25-year-old is putting together a strong campaign, averaging 23.9 points, 5.6 assists, 5.2 rebounds, and 0.9 steals per game. He’s shooting 46.9 percent from the floor and 37.3 percent from beyond the arc while logging 35.6 minutes per contest.
This matchup carries significant weight for both the Heat and the 76ers, as each squad aims to close out the season on a strong note—especially Philadelphia, who will be looking to halt an 11-game skid.
Miami holds a 23-26 record in conference play and is 20-18 in games decided by double digits.
Philadelphia, meanwhile, has struggled mightily against Eastern Conference foes, posting a 14-34 mark. The Sixers also rank at the bottom of the league in rebounding, averaging just 39.4 boards per game, with Kelly Oubre Jr. leading the charge at 6.1 per outing.
The Heat have shown more consistency recently, going 6-4 in their last 10 contests. Over that stretch, they’re putting up 115.2 points, 42.4 rebounds, 26.6 assists, 9.1 steals, and 3.7 blocks per game, shooting a solid 49.7 percent from the floor while holding opponents to just 104.4 points per game.
