When the National Football League‘s owners voted to approve a proposal for players to participate in flag football at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, the first question on just about everyone’s mind was simple: Will Patrick Mahomes play?

Mahomes, currently 29, will be 32 by the time the 2028 Olympics roll around. It’s safe to assume he’ll still be one of the premier quarterbacks in the league at that time, as thus far in his career, he’s proved to be the best.
Across eight seasons, Mahomes has already made six Pro Bowls, two MVP awards, three Super Bowls and three Super Bowl MVP awards.
