Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill Gets Wild Prediction From Chad Ochocinco
During Monday Night Football, Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill suffered a brutal dislocated knee injury against the New York Jets and was carted off the field.
A third-quarter tackle near the sideline by Jets defensive back Malachi Moore caused Hill’s leg to twist awkwardly. Hill went to the hospital for a medical evaluation, imaging, and observation, and was ruled out for the remainder of the Dolphins vs. Jets game.
Later, reports revealed that he’d torn his ACL and multiple ligaments, requiring surgery, which also brought an end to his season.
The star receiver was only four games deep and had contributed 265 yards and a touchdown on 21 receptions for his squad. Unfortunately, he is now about to undergo the grueling process of recovering from and rehabilitating what could be a challenging injury.

The Dolphins are now reeling from the injury and a 1-3 start to their season. With that said, former wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson offered one of the craziest predictions for Hill and Miami’s season ahead.

While chatting with his friend and “Nightcap” show host Shannon Sharpe, Ochocinco said that when Hill returns, the speed will still be there for him due to the nature of his injury being a “dislocated knee cap.”
He also boldly suggested that Hill would “be able to come back and play in December if he wanted to,” adding that whether or not his team’s in the postseason might affect that decision.
Sharpe had no response as Ochocinco said, “He gonna be alright.”
His prediction will likely come across as outlandish to many fans after NFL.com’s Kevin Patra and others reported on Tuesday that Hill’s season with the Dolphins was over.
He joined Miami in 2022 after a successful stint with Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. During his time with KC, Hill earned three All-Pro First Team selections and a Super Bowl ring.
It would be surprising to see Hill return to the field this season, but given the rapid pace of improvement in both athletes and medicine, one never knows what might happen.
