WWE Legend Sends Message to AJ Styles and John Cena After Crown Jewel
John Cena and AJ Styles had one more match as part of their longtime rivalry, as the foes-turned-friends battled in an entertaining bout at WWE Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia. The matchup featured many other wrestling stars’ trademark moves to dazzle fans.
Among the various trademark moves that Cena pulled out were Randy Orton’s RKO, Bray Wyatt’s Sister Abigail, and Chris Jericho’s Walls of Jericho. Cena also used two moves made famous by The Undertaker, as he hit The Chokeslam and a Tombstone Piledrive on Styles.
The retiring superstar finished off his opponent with his own signature finisher, as he delivered an Attitude Adjustment on Styles to get the pinfall win. It was a necessary bounce-back win for Cena after losing to Brock Lesnar and an essential stop on his and Styles’ retirement tours.

There was no cheating or surprise heel turns during their match, as the two friends also showed one another respect, in addition to them respecting other greats along the way.
Based on fans’ reactions, the two wrestling legends provided an ultimate level of entertainment as they clashed, utilizing many recognizable moves. Cena and Styles not only entertained fans, but also caught the attention of at least one WWE legend from afar.

The Undertaker took to his X account following the Crown Jewel match and sent a strong message to Styles and Cena about their performance.
“Thank you @JohnCena and thank you AJStylesOrg. A masterclass and beautiful tribute to wrestling,” The Undertaker wrote.
“The #WWEUniverse said it…but that was AWESOME!” the WWE Hall of Famer told two of his former opponents.
The Undertaker called it quits himself ahead of both Styles and Cena, but continues to make his presence felt at various WWE events, as part of the LFG brand, and through the “Six Feet Under” podcast he hosts with Michelle McCool.
He’s had experience in the ring with both Cena and Styles. Although he’s had more extensive feuds and matchups against Mr. “Hustle, Loyalty, Respect,” he also participated in a feud with Styles and that wild Boneyard match at WrestleMania 36, when there was no audience around.
Styles lost that WrestleMania match to The Undertaker, later revealed as The Deadman’s final one. However, that never stops fans from demanding he get back in the ring again to face various legends or newcomers. The same will be true for Cena and Styles during appearances after they officially hang up their gear.
The fact that Crown Jewel was one of Cena’s final matches and he ran it back with Styles shows just how much respect there is between these professional wrestling legends and how much they appreciate their fans.
