The Miami Dolphins are looking for their third win of the season against the Baltimore Ravens, but they will now be without one of their star defenders. Defensive end Chop Robinson was pulled from the game due to an apparent head injury.

Well into the second quarter, Robinson appeared to go into the blue medical tent following a play. Following his time in the tent, he was seen with a towel over his head.

Per multiple reports, it was indicated that Robinson was heading back to the Dolphins locker room to be evaluated for a concussion.

The usual case for players covering their faces when an injury occurs is not one that is followed by good news. The Dolphins need all the pass rushers they can get right now against Lamar Jackson and company, and losing Robinson for the game will be tough for Miami to deal with.

Through eight games thus far this season, Robinson has one sack. After a rookie season that saw the young defender pick up 6 sacks, he has been relatively quiet in 2025. Now, it appears he may be dealing with a significant head injury.

Robinson was taken immediately to the locker room, which is also never a good sign. He will be evaluated by medical staff to determine if he will be pulled for the game. Again, the way the Dolphins defender looked heading back to the locker room did not look good.

The Dolphins have been named in plenty of trade rumors, especially regarding Jaelan Phillips, Brad Chubb, and Matthew Judon. If Robinson is out for multiple weeks, this could keep the Miami front office from dealing any of their pass rushers.
