Chocolate Urgently Recalled Over ‘Erectile Dysfunction’ Mix-up
USA Less is recalling Rhino Choco VIP 10X over concerns it may contain a drug commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction, according to the announcement made by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on February 27, 2026.
Details About the Product
Rhino Choco VIP 10X is a chocolate male-enhancement supplement and is sold in 10‑gram, 12‑piece packages. The recalled items are packaged in a black cardboard box bearing the UPC 724087947668, and an expiration date of October 2027 stamped on the back.
According to the FDA notice, the product was distributed through retail stores and online, including usaless.com.

Details About the Recall
The company announcement—shared by the FDA—states the chocolate contains tadalafil, which is not listed anywhere on the product label.
Tadalafil is an FDA‑approved prescription drug that is often found in Cialis, which is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. It’s not permitted to be included in over-the-counter foods or supplements without proper disclosure and medical authorization.
Health risks: Interaction Concerns
The FDA notice confirms that tadalafil, as an ingredient, may cause a severe and sudden drop in blood pressure “to dangerous levels,” especially when it’s combined with nitrates—such as nitroglycerin—which are commonly prescribed to individuals who are managing conditions like coronary artery disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure and may be on nitrate therapy.
Company Action and Consumer Guidance
According to the FDA notice, USA Less said it had pulled the product from its online store while it addresses the issue: “The product has been immediately removed from our online store until we are certain that the problem has been corrected.”
Consumers who have purchased Rhino Choco VIP 10X have been urged to stop using it immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
USA Less told customers with questions to contact them at 1-800-872-5377 or via the email address at 409749@email4pr.com.
The FDA notice states that the affected product was sold online and in retail outlets, including through the company’s website usaless.com.
