Andy Reid Sets Clear Expectation for Travis Kelce Amid Likely Final Season
Earlier this week Travis Kelce landed a new job as a new brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger.
“I’ve long admired Tommy Hilfiger as an iconic American brand,” Kelce said in a statement at the time. “Ever since high school, when I used to ask my mom to buy Sailing Gear jackets, I’ve been drawn towards the brand’s confident style, and over the years have respected its ability to be classic and consistent while still evolving.”
With his busy offseason schedule, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid set a clear expectation for his star tight end heading into the potentially final season of his career.

Reid admitted Kelce has a busy summer coming up, but he set the expectation that the tight end will be on hand for mandatory team practicers in June.
The mandatory part, I’m sure he’ll be there. He doesn’t like to miss much,” Reid told reporters on Tuesday.
Earlier this offseason, the Chiefs inked Kelce to a new three-year deal that could pay him as much as $57 million, but truly acts as a one-year, $12 million deal with $3 million in incentives.
Kelce hauled in 76 passes for 851 yards and five touchdowns in 2025, leading Kansas City in all three categories. It marked his 12th consecutive season with at least 800 receiving yards, matching Jerry Rice for the longest streak of any player in NFL history – a record he could break this season.
