Andrew Tate Celebrates Legal Win: ‘Just Bust My Case’
On Tuesday, the Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Andrew Tate in his ongoing legal proceedings marking a pivotal moment in his ongoing legal battle.
The court accepted Tate’s appeals and those of his brother Tristan, and two Romanian women, Georgiana-Manuela Naghel and Alexandra-Luana Radu, in their case against the Bucharest Tribunal’s decision to advance their case to trial, citing significant irregularities in the prosecution’s case and violations of the defendants’ legal rights.
Tate said in a post in his X account “Everything the enemies printed on MSM were lies. The prosecution knew they were lies. We knew they were lies. We were meant to die before we got here. They tried to break us. They wanted us destroyed, they wanted us afraid, but we fought back. It was a game of killing us with lies before a judge exposed the truth.”
Prosecutors have been given five days to address the indictment’s flaws and to decide whether to proceed with the trial or withdraw the case.
