Cleveland Browns Fire Massive Shot at Hated Rival Pittsburgh Steelers
The Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers form one of the most bitter rivals in the NFL. There is absolutely no love between the two teams and the fan bases hate each other just as much if not more.
With the 2025 NFL season coming up quickly starting with training camp and preseason action, fans are starting to get excited. Also, the NFL schedule will drop in full later on Wednesday.
For the second year, the Browns took to social media to describe their 2025 opponents using a meme. When it came to the Steelers, they did not hold back at all.

In their post about Pittsburgh being an opponent, Cleveland used a dumpster as the meme description.

That post brought a slew of Steelers fans to the comments section. Here are just a few of the responses that were sent to the Browns.
“Steelers are a dumpster fire when it’s the browns talking,” one fan wrote.
Another fan chimed in, “Wait, isn’t that supposed to be the Browns helmet by the dumpster fire?”
“What does that make the browns then?” a third fan commented.
A fourth comment read, “Coming from last year 3-14 Cleveland Browns.”
Cleveland accomplished what it set out to do. The Browns were looking to troll Pittsburgh and its fans. That strategy clearly paid off.
Looking ahead to the 2025 season, Cleveland will have a tall task living up to their post. After finishing the 2024 campaign with a 3-14 record, the Browns have a lot of work to do to get back to being a playoff contender.

Quite a few moves were made this offseason, although convincing Myles Garrett to stay long-term was arguably the biggest. Even after he publicly requested a trade from Cleveland, the team was able to convince him to back down from that request and sign a lucrative extension.
Arguably, the biggest storyline surrounding the Browns is the future under center. Cleveland has five quarterbacks on the roster in Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Deshaun Watson. The team needs one of those guys to step up and be a high-impact player in 2025.
All of that being said, this was an excellent trolling post from the Browns. Fans simply hope that they can back up their smack talk on the field this time around.
