Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Calls Out ‘Bull—-‘ WrestleMania Rumors
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson electrified a sold-out Atlanta crowd at WWE Bad Blood in October of this year.
The Final Boss made his first pro-wrestling appearance since the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania 40, where he interrupted Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes after their main event tag match against the newly formed bloodline led by Solo Sikoa.

When The Rock appeared he stood at the front of the walk way and made a “1,2,3” gesture followed by an Undertaker like thumb across the neck. There have been rumblings that this was The Rock’s way off alluding to a potential triple threat match between his former bloodline running mate in Reigns and bitter rival in Rhodes.
The warning made by The Rock seemed more directed at Reigns for coming to the rescue of Rhodes during a post match jumping by the new version of the Bloodline. The inauspicious gesture could be foreshadowing to a feud between the Rock and Reigns as they fight for supremacy over the bloodline.
Recently, rumors surfaced about The Rock’s WrestleMania 41 status after Dave Meltzer of the ‘Wrestling Observer Newsletter’ put together that made it seem like he would not be at the WWE’s biggest event in 2025.
The Rock is still one of the biggest actors on the planet and has responsibilities he has to oblige, especially since he will be starring in Disney’s live-action adaptation of Moana.
While the movie is currently under production, The Rock definitively turned down the idea that he won’t be available for next year’s WrestleMania.

In a recent Instagram post, The Rock shared with his followers a photo dump of behind-the-scenes shots that were taken of him during his appearance at WWE Bad Blood. A user on the social media platform commented on The Rock’s post by saying “Are you really not working mania 41? Say it ain’t so.”
The WWE legend immediately eased the fan’s worry by saying “don’t believe any of that bulls–t.”
Although, the rumors have had some fans in disarray, The Rock has reassured the WWE community that he will be continuing his role in WWE storylines. While the 10-time World Champion does have obligations outside of wrestling, he has never let the fans down who propelled his meteoric rise to superstardom.
The WWE faithful should be excited after The Rock hinted at 2025’s WrestleMania being the biggest one to date.

“We’re on the one-yard line to create the biggest WrestleMania of all time, and the biggest match of all time at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas,” The Rock said in June. “I’ll just leave it at that, Final Boss style.”
Although this quote was prior to The Rock’s return at WWE Bad Blood, this is just the launchpad for what should be one of the most memorable WrestleMania’s of all-time.
