The UCONN Huskies were eliminated by the Florida Gators in the Round of 32, haunting their quest for a three-peat. UCONN entered the NCAA Tournament as a No. 8 seed following a down year but they still gave the top-seed Gators a run for their money.
The final score was 77-75, with Florida squeaking by to advance to the Sweet Sixteen. But after the game, UCONN head coach Dan Hurley had some choice words for how he felt about the contest.

It was a tough game for the Huskies as they felt they should have won the contest against Florida. As the team was walking out of the arena, Hurley could be seen commenting about the game.
“I really hope they don’t F*** you like they F***** us Baylor.”
Hurley is known for his wild antics on the court but many have labeled him a sore loser at times. This seems to be another example of that fact and social media wasn’t having it with his comments.
UConn got a lot of points off moving screens, benefitting from non calls on over the backs. Danny Hurley leaves throwing a tantrum. Utter embarrassment.

Dan Hurley has quickly become the most easy to root against person in sports for me.
His regular antics are that of an immature AAU coach and not someone being paid multi-millions, ushering young adults into their mid-twenties

better team won, but dan hurley went absolutely crazy. especially down the stretch. his guys couldn’t ask for better looks. those sets were ridiculous.
