Not only does the movie bring in the most iconic family in all of Marvel Comics, it also boasts an incredible cast as well as a fun retro-futuristic aesthetic that resembles the Silver Age of comic books.
Needless to say, hardcore Marvel fans are excited for “Fantastic Four” to bring in this classic energy. And according to one advertisement, the movie may be leaning more into that time period than previously thought.

In a recent advertisement for Little Caesar’s Pizza, the Fantastic Four can be seen fighting a giant monster coming out of the Earth.
This is none other than Giganto, one of many Deviant Mutates who is most well-known for being featured on the cover of the first-ever Fantastic Four comic book.
In Marvel comics, Giganto is a servant of the Mole Men who used the monster to attack nuclear power plants around the world.
Eventually, the Fantastic Four went to investigate when Giganto was unleashed upon them until it was held back by Johnny Storm, AKA, The Human Torch.
Giganto’s introduction is significant in that they are connected to the Skrull, an alien race that has been introduced in previous installments of the MCU.
It’s also worth noting that this version of Giganto is unrelated to Giganto of the Atlantean Beasts, a giant whale who is affiliated with Namor the Submariner.
