Four NASCAR Truck Chiefs Ejected After Failed Inspections In Kansas
🎙️ Voice is AI-generated. Inconsistencies may occur.
NASCAR has confirmed that four truck chiefs have been ejected ahead of the Craftsman Truck Series Heart of Health Care 200 at Kansas Speedway.
The Nos. 88,98, and 99 ThorSport Racing Fords and the No. 26 Rackley W.A.R Chevrolet failed pre-race technical inspections. Although they all passed on the third attempts, the teams will still lose the truck chiefs as well as pit selection.
As per NASCAR.com, these are the truck chiefs associated with their respective vehicles:
- Tucker Scanlon, No. 26 Rackley W.A.R. Chevrolet
- Tyler Kontos, No. 88 ThorSport Racing Ford
- Brad Means, No. 98 ThorSport Racing Ford
- Derek Rohlfing, No. 99 ThorSport Racing Ford

Jake Garcia, who also drives for ThorSport Racing but thankfully went unscathed in the pre-race inspections, will start the Heart of Health Care 200 in pole position. Corey Heim and Ty Majeski secured the second and third spots on the grid, and rounding out the top 5 starters are Carson Hocevar in fourth and Ben Rhodes in fifth.
Garcia posted on social media after celebrating his second pole position of the season.
“2nd pole of the year, always wanted a @kansasspeedway pedal car! Our @Quanta_Services @ThorSportRacing team brought a fast truck! Lets get after it tonight.”
