Frankie Muniz Confirms Full-Time 2025 NASCAR Contract
“Malcolm in the Middle” star Frankie Muniz is heading to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and will race a full 2025 schedule with Reaume Brothers Racing. Muniz previously raced in the ARCA Menards Series in 2023 where he earned one top five finish, one top ten finishes, and finished fourth in the final standings. In 2025 he will race the No. 33 Ford F-150.
“I’m incredibly excited to join Reaume Brothers Racing full-time in 2025,” said Muniz. “My longstanding relationship with Ford has been a game changer, and I am thrilled to help facilitate additional support allowing us to tap into their exceptional technical and engineering resources. I’m confident that this synergy will elevate Reaume Brothers Racing and help us achieve great things together. I can’t wait to get started.”
Muniz will return to racing this weekend and will pilot the No. 22 More Core Diamond Drilling Serviced Ford F-150 at Homestead-Miami Speedway during the Baptist Health 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday, October 26.
The TV and movie star has started a pair of NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races this season and finished 31st at the Rackley Roofing 200 at Nashville Superspeedway and 29th at the Kubota Tractor 200 at Kansas Speedway. Muniz ran two NASCAR Xfinity Series races this season and finished 33rd at the United Rentals 300 at Daytona International Speedway and 30th at the Call811.com Every Dig, Every Time 200 at Phoenix Raceway. He failed to qualify for Pacific Automation 147 at Portland International Raceway in June.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Frankie to our team full-time and to expand our relationship with Ford Performance,” Team owner Josh Reaume said. “Their support has been invaluable, and we believe that with Frankie’s passion and our collective momentum from this year, we can make significant strides in the upcoming season.”
Reaume Brothers Racing has raced for seven seasons in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, fielding the No. 33, 22, and 27 Ford F-150 entries. More than 40 drivers have made their NASCAR debut with Reaume Brothers Racing. The team announced that More Core Diamond Drilling Services & Nugget Trap will be the truck’s primary sponsor for 10 races during the 2025 season.
“More Core believes wholeheartedly in RBR as a rising underdog in the sport,” said More Core business owner Sean Pownall. “It’s an exciting journey to be a part of. We admire the team’s determination and resilience, and we’re proud to support their efforts as they strive for greatness on the track. Together, we look forward to the success ahead!”
