Indiana Jones and the Great Circle PC System Requirements Puts Focus on Ray Tracing
Bethesda has revealed the PC system requirements for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the upcoming first-person action-adventure game developed by MachineGames. The game will require ray-tracing-capable hardware across all presets, making one of the most anticipated games of December tough to run for gamers on lower-end hardware.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle PC Specs
The minimum system requirements to play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle at 1080p/60fps are as follows:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K/AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 Super/AMD Radeon RX 6600/Intel Arc A580
- RAM: 16GB
- Storage: 120GB (SSD required)
- OS: 64-bit Windows 10/11
Those who want to experience the game at its highest fidelity level at 4K 60fps will require the following hardware:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-13900K/AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
- GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090
- RAM: 32GB
- Storage: 120GB (SSD required)
- OS: 64-bit Windows 10/11
You can check out the full system requirements on Bethesda’s website, which breaks down what hardware you’ll need to play it at different settings presets in 1080p, 1440p and 4K.
The system requirements seem heavy at first glance, especially considering how MachineGames expects players to use upscaling and frame generation to max out the game with full ray tracing effects. However, considering MachineGames expects the game to run at a native 1080p with ray-traced global illumination, a GPU-heavy effect, on a five-year-old RTX 2060 Super, it’s clear that we’re looking at a very scalable game here.
With the game requiring a good amount of ray tracing hardware, we can rest assured that its four hours of cutscenes will look beautiful or at least that’s the hope.
