Louis Theroux Confronts Sneako in Revealing New Doc – When to Watch on Netflix
‘Louis Theroux is targeting toxic masculinity in his latest documentary, and it’s already drawing controversy.
“Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere” sees the award-winning broadcaster grill a number of influential figures within the male-focused cultural movement known as the Manosphere.
While the 90-minute expose hasn’t started streaming yet, clips have attracted hundreds of thousands of views.

Streamer Harrison Sullivan (AKA HS Tikky Tokky) livestreamed his interaction with Theroux when the pair met to film the doc last year, showcasing the pair’s often fiery exchanges.
In “Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere,” Theroux also speaks with Manosphere figureheads Myron Gaines, Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy (AKA Sneako), Justin Waller and Ed Matthews.
“I knew they would be streaming or filming me and would put that content out,” Theroux tells Deadline.
“And I hoped we’d get this feedback loop where there was a meta narrative that was then affecting my approach to the story. Sometimes it was kind of embarrassing. I’d arrive back from filming trips and my kids would say, ‘Dad what you were doing? You got owned.’ That’s a little bit painful but actually makes for a stronger film.”
Theroux also spoke on the timeliness of the documentary, comparing it to Netflix’s award-winning miniseries “Adolescence.”
“It’s sort of nothing like Adolescence but it’s in the precinct of what the boy in Adolescence might have been watching,” he said. “I guess Adolescence was a proof of concept, but I don’t ever think we needed a proof of concept. We knew it was a hot subject.”
