Mark Sanchez Fight: Perry Tole’s Attorneys Give Update on Alleged Victim
The attorneys for Perry Tole, the 69-year-old alleged victim of an attack by ex-New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, said he has been released from the hospital and is at home recovering, though he is still struggling to speak due to his facial injuries.
Erik May and Eddie Reichert, who are representing Tole, shared the update in an interview with TMZ Sports.
Tole is “just glad to be alive” after the incident in Indianapolis, May said.
