NFL Fans Concerned for Bills QB Josh Allen After Personal Admission

The Buffalo Bills earned a massive win over the New England Patriots on Sunday, keeping their AFC East title hopes alive by overcoming a 21–0 deficit to secure a 35–31 victory.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen led the way, throwing for three touchdowns and adding 48 rushing yards on 11 carries. Running back James Cook also played a key role, rushing for over 100 yards and scoring three touchdowns of his own.

However, one moment that drew attention in the second half came when CBS Sports cameras caught Allen throwing up on the sideline, prompting a question from a reporter after the game.

“Josh, how are you physically? The broadcast showed you throwing up,” the reporter asked.

Allen brushed it off as something that happens regularly for him.

“That’s—I mean, if they don’t catch it every game, I don’t know. It basically happens every game,” Allen said. “If I don’t get enough out pregame, it usually happens at halftime. If I don’t get enough at halftime, it usually happens in the third or fourth quarter. I don’t know why I do it. It just happens. It’s due to nothing else other than just a weird feeling. You’ve just got to get it out.”

“hmm. this sounds like it needs some sort of medical attention,” a fan said.

Someone else added, “Jeez, poor guy!”

Another person wrote, “Feels like that’s probably an issue.”

“Wow… unfortunately the body is trying to tell you something you don’t want to hear or acknowledge,” one more fan commented.

Allen has spoken about this before and has made it clear that it’s something that has always been part of his routine—whether before the game or, in this case, during it.

Nonetheless, it didn’t—and hasn’t—affected his play one bit, as he continues to be one of the most dominant players in the NFL week in and week out.
