Nuggets vs Suns Injury Report: Nikola Jokic, Bradley Beal Status Revealed
The Denver Nuggets will be taking on the Phoenix Suns as the two sides look to position themselves for the position. Denver enters this game on a hot streak while the Suns come into this game on the downturn.
However, with a few weeks left to go in the regular season, both sides know how important every game is. The Nuggets enter this contest as the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference standings.
Denver holds a record of 40-22 for the year and they have won seven of their past 10 games overall. This Nuggets team has been fighting all season and they feel good about their chances overall.
But entering this game, Denver does have a longer injury report than normal. Most notable on the injury report is star center Nikola Jokic.
Jokic has been dealing with some left ankle inflammation heading into the game. The star center was listed as questionable entering this game and will likely play in this contest.
Michael Malone says he thinks Nikola Jokic and Aaron Gordon are more probable than questionable. They will both go through their pregame routines before a final decision is made.

His presence on the court changes everything for the Nuggets and many deem him as the best player in the league. Jokic can do things on the offensive end of the floor that nobody else can, giving Denver extreme firepower to work with.

As for the Suns, the biggest name on their injury report today is guard Bradley Beal. Beal has been dealing with left calf injury management so Phoenix has been cautious with him.
Beal missed the last game against the Clippers and has now landed back on the injury report. The star guard was listed as questionable entering this contest and will play in this game.
Suns coach Mike Budenholzer said he’s sticking with the same starting lineup of Bradley Beal, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, Bol Bol Bol and Nick Richards as he expects Beal (calf) to be available and play. #Suns pic.twitter.com/G6rfl7z2Bx

It has been a weird year for Beal as he was subject to trade rumors all year. But the guard has pushed through and is determined to help Phoenix make a last-ditch effort for a playoff run.
It’s been a nightmare season for the Suns and they are currently on the outside looking in of the playoff picture. Entering this game against the Nuggets, Phoenix sits in the No. 11 spot within the West standings.
They hold a record of 29-33 for the year and have dropped seven of their past 10 games. Playing Denver won’t make things any easier for the Suns but if they want to reach the playoffs, they will have to win games like this.
