The Ducks improved to 10-1 with a 42-27 win over the Trojans in front of 59,588 fans at Autzen Stadium.
The victory almost assures that Oregon will make the College Football Playoff. The Ducks will finish the regular season by going on the road to play Washington on Saturday.

Amid a likely run in the CFP, a member of Oregon’s coaching staff could be looking for a new gig in 2026.
On Sunday, multiple reports surfaced that California fired head coach Justin Wilcox amid a 6-5 start to the season and an embarrassing 31-10 loss to rival Stanford on Saturday.
Per Pete Nakos of On3, Ducks defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi is a “prime candidate” to return to Cal.
“Oregon defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi is a prime candidate to return to Cal, his alma mater, sources tell Chris Low and I for @On3sports,” Nakos posted on X.
Lupoi played as a defensive lineman for the Golden Bears from 2000 to 2005. He began his coaching career as a defensive line coach in 2008.
Lupoi, 44, left Cal for Washington to become the Huskies defensive line coach in 2012. He spent five years with Alabama, working his way up from defensive analyst to defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach. He won two national championships as a member of the Crimson Tide.
Following his stint at Alabama, Lupoi had stops in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns (defensive line coach), Atlanta Falcons (defensive line coach and run game coordinator) and Jacksonville Jaguars (defensive line coach).
Lupoi joined Oregon in 2022 as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.
Lupoi’s expected candidacy comes amid a likely CFP run for the Ducks. Should he take the job with Cal, he’d have to figure out a way to handle responsibilities with both gigs–if Oregon would intend to have him complete the season.
