Packers’ Potential Micah Parsons Trade Package Surfaces in Blockbuster Idea
The Green Bay Packers have been one of the most actively talked about teams in the NFL rumor mill over the last week. Most of those rumors have been connected to a potential blockbuster trade for Dallas Cowboys superstar pass rusher Micah Parsons.
Parsons is not a sure thing to be dealt before the season or the trade deadline. Jerry Jones and the Cowboys would prefer to re-sign him long-term, but there has been damage done between the two sides.
If he is made available, the Packers could offer a very aggressive trade package.
With that being said, what could a potential trade between Green Bay and Dallas look like? One potential option has been suggested.

Bleacher Report’s Moe Moton has suggested one potential trade package that would land Parsons with the Packers.
In his trade idea, he would have Parsons and a 2026 fifth-round pick heading to Green Bay in exchange for a 2026 first-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2026 sixth-round pick, a 2027 third-round pick, and Lukas Van Ness.

While the Packers would be giving up a huge return, acquiring Parsons would be worth the price tag. Green Bay would have a long-term outlook with the 26-year-old superstar pass rusher leading the way on the defensive side of the ball.
Throughout his first four NFL seasons with the Cowboys, Parsons has played in 63 total games. He has racked up 256 total tackles, 52.5 sacks, nine forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and nine defended passes.
There are very few defensive players capable of making that kind of an impact.

With the Packers being extremely close to being a Super Bowl favorite, pulling the trigger on a Parsons blockbuster would make a ton of sense. He could truly be the missing piece to the puzzle that brings another Lombardi Trophy home to Green Bay.
It’s possible that the Packers won’t even have a chance to acquire Parsons. Even if he is placed on the trade block, Jones may have no interest in trading him to Green Bay.
That being said, the rumors have grown very loud. The Packers have the ammunition to make an aggressive offer as well. Green Bay is a team worth keeping a very close eye on in the coming days and weeks.
