Ship accused of damaging underwater cable between NATO ally Capitals
Finnish authorities have seized a vessel suspected of damaging a critical underwater telecommunications cable linking Helsinki and Estonia’s capital city, Tallinn, an incident now under criminal investigation amid heightened concerns over infrastructure security between NATO allies.
