Who Is In ‘The Running Man’ Reboot?
Glen Powell stars in “The Running Man” as Ben Richards, the hero. Michael Cera plays Bradley, a rebel who helps Richards. William H. Macy stars as another man who helps Richards when he’s on the run.
Josh Brolin plays the deadly show’s producer Dan Killian. Colman Domingo is Bobby Thompson, the show’s host. Lee Pace plays the hunter Evan McCone and Katy O’Brian plays another contestant in the game.
What Is ‘The Running Man’ Reboot About?
The official synopsis for “The Running Man” reads, “In a near-future society, The Running Man is the top-rated show on television—a deadly competition where contestants, known as Runners, must survive 30 days while being hunted by professional assassins, with every move broadcast to a bloodthirsty public and each day bringing a greater cash reward.”
“Desperate to save his sick daughter, working-class Ben Richards (Glen Powell) is convinced by the show’s charming but ruthless producer, Dan Killian (Josh Brolin), to enter the game as a last resort.”
