The Undertaker Surprises AJ Styles With WWE Hall of Fame Induction Reveal
AJ Styles will be receiving a significant honor from WWE during “WrestleMania 42” weekend in Las Vegas. During Monday’s episode of “Raw,” Styles’ professional wrestling career was celebrated nearly a full month after retiring following a loss to Gunther at “Royal Rumble 2026.”
Near the end of the closing segment, The Undertaker made an appearance and initially teased reliving his feud with the “Phenomenal” one. Instead, “The Deadman” revealed that Styles will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026 this April.

AJ Styles’ Legendary In-Ring Career
Long before making his official WWE debut, Styles was known as “Mr. TNA.” He was involved in memorable matches with the likes of Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, Petey Williams, Kurt Angle, and a slew of other notable names.
After making his exit from TNA Wrestling, Styles took the reins as the leader of the Bullet Club faction under the NJPW banner. It was Styles’ work in Japan that led to his surprising entry in the 2016 men’s Royal Rumble match. Styles would spend a decade in WWE, capturing two world titles, the United States gold, the intercontinental championship, and two tag titles.
During an edition of “What’s Your Story? With Steph,” Styles told Stephanie McMahon that a return match under the right circumstance isn’t out of the question. Styles has been working with his son on his journey to entering the wrestling business, and he said the chance to potentially team with him one day is tempting.
