Titans Announce Cam Ward Update After Week 18 Injury vs Jaguars
Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward suffered an injury to his right throwing shoulder on a touchdown run during the first quarter of Sunday’s Week 18 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The 2025 No. 1 overall pick was evaluated in the blue medical tent after the play. After working with the Titans’ medical staff on the sideline, he was helped back into the locker room for further evaluation.
The Titans confirmed that Ward sustained an injury to his right shoulder and officially announced his status as “questionable” to return. He was quickly downgraded to “out” in a corresponding announcement.
“Titans Injury Update: QB Cam Ward has been downgraded to OUT for the remainder of the game,” the team wrote on social media.
