Tom Cotton Gives Update on Tulsi Gabbard ‘Whistleblower’ After Review

Republican Senator Tom Cotton said he had reviewed a whistleblower complaint about Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and he agreed with the two inspectors general who concluded that it is “not credible”.

Cotton, who is chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, gave the update in a Thursday morning post on X, saying the inspectors general and Gabbard had taken the “necessary steps to ensure the material has handled and transmitted appropriately in accordance with law.”

“To be frank, it seems like just another effort by the president’s critics in and out of government to undermine policies that they don’t like; it’s definitely not credible allegations of waste, fraud, or abuse,” Cotton said.
