Top 5 Must-Watch College Football Games of Week 7 Schedule

As we get into the middle part of the college football schedule, there are some great matchups down the line. We are into Week 7 of the season and based on how things have gone, it’s going to be a fun ride.

Top teams have been upset and there is some chaos going on within college football right now. But heading into Week 7, which games are the most “must-watch” for viewers?

Luckily, Newsweek Sports has you covered with the best games.

Here are the top five must-watch games from this weekend’s slate of matchups.

5. No. 18 Kansas State @ Colorado

Both teams enter this game with a record of 4-1 but the Buffalos remain unranked at this point in the year. If they can grab a win over the Wildcats, that would surely change next week.

Colorado has one of the leading Heisman candidates in Travis Hunter and he will be looking to put on a show in this matchup. This will be a massive game for the Big 12 and could determine how the conference shakes out as the year goes on.

4. No. 1 Texas vs No. 18 Oklahoma

The Red River Rivalry is one of the best in all of college football and we get another edition of it this week. Both sides will be looking to knock the other off and bragging rights will be on the line here.

Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers is expected to return for this contest after missing the last few games due to injury. The Sooners will try to get to him early to see if there is any rust but Texas is ranked at the top of the sport for a reason.

3. No. 4 Penn State @ USC

The Nittany Lions will look to stay undefeated as they head to Los Angeles for this game. The Trojans will await them and try to get some redemption from their poor loss to Minnesota last week.

The Trojans were seen highly earlier in the year but some shaky performances have changed that. If they can knock off Penn State at home, it could go a long way to building their resume in the Big Ten.

2. No. 9 Ole Miss @ No.13 LSU

We have an old-fashioned rivalry game in Baton Rouge this week. The Rebels and Tigers will square off to make a statement within the SEC.

LSU is coming off a bye week so they should be fresh while Ole Miss took down South Carolina last week. Both sides are good teams, making this potentially the best game on the docket.

1. No. 2 Ohio State @ No. 3 Oregon

It’s not too often that two of the top three ranked teams square off against one another but we get it this week. The Buckeyes will be heading into a hornet’s nest in Autzen Stadium, one of the toughest places to play in all of college football.

The Ducks will be trying to stake their claim in the Big Ten and taking down Ohio State would do just that. We could be in for a shootout between these two top-heavy squads.
