WWE And The Rock Named in Bizarre Lawsuit
Luis Danny Soto has filed an interesting lawsuit in New York against WWE and other figures, alleging serious misconduct.
According to the suit, obtained by PWInsider.com and filed on February 20th, it names Endeavor Group Holdings, WWE, UFC, Dwayne Johnson, and Dana White, among others, and accuses them of harassment, corruption, conspiracy, and unauthorized medical experimentation. The 12-page document further claims WWE has a pattern of corrupting officials in several states and that the TKO merger was an attempt to bypass legal liabilities, without providing concrete examples.
It was said, “Without consent or knowledge, equipment was installed in my home that is used to treat mental disorders common among drug abusers. This equipment was used on me without my consent.
They allowed the equipment to be used by other companies, celebrities, athletes, politicians including Donald Trump and his family, and law enforcement. Endeavor, IMG, TKO, WWE, UFC, and Seven Bucks Productions allowed the equipment to be used by its executives, managers, colleagues, employees and their families, friends, favorite universities, politicians, and law enforcement officials.
Collusion between these parties and others has occurred to defraud me of my rights and these parties have conspired to accomplish something forbidden by law causing moral injury to my being. The equipment used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and sleep disorders associated with drug use was used repeatedly and knowingly without my consent.”

In addition to claims of widespread corruption, Luis Danny Soto’s lawsuit details years of alleged personal torment. From 2021 to 2024, he claims to have suffered harassment, threats, stalking, and discrimination at the hands of WWE and UFC personnel and executives. He further alleges the existence of a “clandestine black market” within these organizations, engaging in illegal activities such as drug distribution and political manipulation.
The lawsuit also describes disturbing claims of non-consensual use of virtual medical simulators to inflict physical and mental distress, with Soto alleging he experienced seizures, convulsions, and pain due to simulated attacks by WWE and UFC athletes.
The suit alleges, “These company executives and their celebrity employees bribed politicians, judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officials in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut with money, company stocks, gifts, and services in a quid pro quo in return for forgiveness to this crime. Firms here contributed to a money account to bribe witnesses and others involved.
The plaintiff was prejudiced based on personal attributes and political affiliation by these companies. There (sic) executives and employees caused me pain and suffering based on who had reserved time after them and their political party. My civil rights were violated based on my perceived race, religion, political association, political stance, gender and sexual orientation. Plaintiff was told repeatedly that this happened because Plaintiff was not part of a protected group, i.e., black or Muslim or gay.”
It also alleges women working for the companies used “gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology” to release putrid odors and cause Soto stress and embarrassment.
It adds that “Plaintiff was threatened with being framed using DNA and a “rape kit” and threatened with being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Plaintiff was threatened by multiple wwe talent and the McMahon family of being infected with a virus” and that “Defendants used law enforcement to further violate Plaintiff’s rights. The violation of these rights was purposefully done by Defendants to prevent criminal proceedings and civil action against Defendants and companies of Defendants and favored politicians.”
Adding to his already extensive allegations, Soto claims unnamed company employees hacked into his personal life and created disturbing AI videos depicting him in illegal acts, used to intimidate and manipulate him. Seeking compensation for mental, emotional, and physical suffering, as well as lost wages and legal fees, Soto has requested a jury trial. To date, none of the defendants have been served, and the lawsuit, which lacks supporting documentation, faces significant scrutiny.
