WWE Championship Matches Announced for Final Raw of 2025
WWE is loading up the final episode of “Monday Night Raw” for 2025. While the professional wrestling company has been heavily advertising its first 2026 episode of the red brand, the Dec. 29 episode now has two big title matches for fans to look forward to.
AJ Styles and Dragon Lee are set to put the WWE World Tag Team Championship at stake against The Usos. “La Primera” Stephanie Vaquer will be defending the WWE Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella in a triple threat match.

What Led to WWE Title Matches
The tag team title scene of “Monday Night Raw” got shaken up when Jey and Jimmy Uso announced that they would be returning to the division. Their tag team return got off to a hot start with a win over Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day. The victory earned The Usos a shot at the gold.
As for Vaquer, she was recently in the midst of a title defense against Rodriguez when Bella attacked both performers. This was in retaliation to Rodriguez ambushing Bella the week prior. Vaquer requested the triple threat match during a backstage segment with “WWE Raw” general manager Adam Pearce.
In total, “Monday Night Raw” is set for five total championship matches over the next two weeks. The Jan. 5 episode of “Raw” will be headlined by a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between titleholder CM Punk and Bron Breakker. The show will also feature a WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship rematch between champion Maxxine Dupri and Becky Lynch.
The first “Raw” episode of 2026 will also include a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match. Current titleholders the Kabuki Warriors will look to thwart the challenge of Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.
