WWE Hall of Famers Set to Appear on AEW Dynamite
Two legendary professional wrestling icons and WWE Hall of Famers will be seen live on “AEW Dynamite.” During Saturday’s episode of “Collision,” play-by-play commentator Tony Schiavone announced that “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat will be in attendance for the “Blood & Guts” episode of “Dynamite.”
The location of “Dynamite” is significant, especially with the presence of Flair and Steamboat. AEW will return to Greensboro, a city both men are familiar with thanks to their legendary runs under Jim Crockett Promotions.
Flair’s most recent appearance on AEW TV was in Greensboro for Sting’s retirement match in 2024. Sting and Darby Allin defeated The Young Bucks to end “AEW Revolution.” Steamboat also made a cameo in the match.

AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts Lineup
In addition to the aforementioned appearance of two WWE Hall of Famers, AEW will be making some history of its own. There will be two “Blood & Guts” matches on “Dynamite” on Wednesday. For the first time in the company’s history, AEW has booked a women’s “Blood & Guts” match.
Queen Aminata is unable to perform in the women’s match, and she has been replaced by Mina Shirakawa. The Japanese star will team with “Timeless” Toni Storm, AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander, Jamie Hayter, Willow Nightingale, and Harley Cameron. The babyface team will face AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, and Triangle of Madness.
The men’s “Blood & Guts” match will see Jon Moxley and the Death Riders take on Darby Allin, Roderick Strong, and The Conglomeration. A non-title singles match between AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page and Powerhouse Hobbs of The Opps has also been announced.
