WWE SmackDown’s Chelsea Green Pushes for Main Roster Addition
Chelsea Green has emerged as a popular act on WWE TV, and she wants a top “NXT” talent to join her on the main roster. Reigning NXT North American Champion Ethan Page recently appeared as a guest on “Good Karma Wrestling.” He revealed that Green has been lobbying for him to be called up to either “Monday Night Raw” or “WWE SmackDown.”
“I’m pretty sure that she’s just doing everything in her power to get me to the main roster,” Page said. “She has openly stated that she’s doing everything in her power to have me move up along her side. I, honestly, have no clue. I welcome it.
“I think we have very good chemistry. Both of us are very, very colorful performers and also very dangerous in the ring and have a dark side. I’m hoping that the longer she hangs out with me, the worse she starts behaving and the darker things can get for Chelsea Green.”
Green and Page have been working together both in “NXT” and AAA. The two recently won the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship. They are the first active WWE duo to reign with the gold.

Ethan Page’s NXT Run
After departing from AEW and ROH, Page continued his professional wrestling career with WWE in 2024. Page immediately became a main event player on the “NXT” brand, capturing the NXT Championship at “Heatwave” the same year he signed with the company.
Page’s run with the North American gold began on the May 27 episode of “NXT.” He defeated Ricky Saints to capture the title and has reigned for over 160 days.
“All Ego” doubled up on gold with the aforementioned AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship. Ego and Green defeated La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana to win the title at “Alianzas” on Nov. 2.
