Zelensky Shows Off Developments That ‘Clear the Black Sea’

Volodymyr Zelensky has shown off sea, land and air developments that “clear the Black Sea” and “destroy Russia’s potential.”

The Ukrainian president posted a video on X, formerly Twitter, which shows military boats, weapons, jets, tanks and trucks, before cutting to them in action on the field.

During the video, the narrator says: “The strength we add to Ukraine every day, in terms of quantity, quality, range. The capabilities of our dense industry are now different and significantly greater.”

The clip went on to show Ukraine’s “Neptune missiles which sent Moskva to the bottom,” the “Bohdana self-propelled howitzers, the Stugna missile systems, Ukrainian drones, strikes on Russian oil refineries, the Savaskeika, Engels and Olenya airfields, dozens of others.”

The narrator went on: “Sea Babies and Maguras are clearing the Black Sea and limiting the power of the terrorist state.

“Ukrainians have proven that we can develop, produce and advance weaponry ourselves, and we have something to offer other countries.

“We are a reliable partner for investment and cooperation, and we are already establishing joint defense enterprises with Western manufacturers. Glory to Ukraine”

Zelensky’s caption said: “At sea: Neptune, Sea Baby, MAGURA V5. On land: Bohdana, Stugna, Corsar. In the air: Bober, Morok, Liutyi.

“These are our Ukrainian developments, that clear the Black Sea, add strength to our country and destroy Russia’s potential. Glory to Ukraine!”

It comes just over 10 days after Kyiv launched a surprise offensive operation in the Russian region of Kursk.

On Tuesday, Zelensky said that Kyiv’s forces were now in control of over 70 settlements in Russian territory, and that “hundreds of Russian servicemen” had been captured, adding to the country’s prisoner-of-war “exchange fund.”

Meanwhile, Ukraine has officially begun negotiations for a 100-year deal with the United Kingdom, “on the conclusion of a bilateral agreement on the transition to stronger and deeper partnership,” Zelensky said.

Presidential Office Chief Andriy Yermak said: “We are grateful to your people, Government and Parliament for the help and leadership we have been receiving since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion. The U.K. was the first to sign a security agreement with Ukraine, and now it is the first to work on a historic document on 100 years of partnership.”

The British Government said: “It is clear that the war in Ukraine has become one of industrial production. Government and industry are united in our shared commitment to Ukraine and by working together, we are setting the building blocks for our 100-year partnership.”

The partnership will be based on the pair’s 2020 Agreement on Political Cooperation, Free Trade and Strategic Partnership and the 2024 Agreement on Security Cooperation.
