Warriors Star Steph Curry Wins NBA All-Star Game MVP

NBA All-Star weekend is now over and it was an exciting time for the league. The best and brightest stars shined all weekend long and we can now look ahead to the second half of the NBA season.

In the championship game of the All-Star Game, Team Shaq faced off against Team Chuck. It was a classic matchup between two personalities that like to mess with each other on the famous TNT show, ‘Inside the NBA’.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James missed the All-Star game due to injury so Team Shaq was down a key player. James announced shortly before the game that he wouldn’t be playing.

The game started out with a basket from a running 3-pointer from Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry. The hometown hero for the Warriors looked determined to claim the game for this team.

Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum scored the next eight points for Team Shaq to make it 11-0 to start. Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander got Team Chuck on the board by hitting a free throw attempt.

The broadcast was stopped to honor the TNT crew for their long service. It seemed to take some momentum out from under the game.

Many players were a little rusty for a few minutes once the game returned. But in the end, Team Shaq was able to come away with the win by a score of 41-25.

Curry took home the MVP award for the All-Star game.

Curry dropped 12 points in this game, making some incredible shots along the way. The Warriors star even hit a shot from halfcourt, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

Tatum scored 15 points for Team Shaq, giving them a massive boost. Both Tatum and Curry were on a mission to win this game and they delivered when the team needed them the most.

The All-Star events were fun but some fans believe that a return to the old format is much needed.
